Behind the villa is the 'Lycian Way' providing an ideal base for walking enthusiasts. The local town of Kas is just 7km away providing shops, restaurants and supermarkets but the nearest restaurant to the villas is just 1km away and small local shops are just 2km away in the village of Agullu.

 

Notes on accommodation
No smoking indoors please. Children and babies welcome. A cot can be supplied if needed. Stone built barbecue. Ample car parking. Garden and terrace lighting.

Accessibility
Not suitable for elderly or the disabled. A car is necessary.

Outside
Villa has private infinity pool. Daras pool size is 8.5 x 4.5 square meters, has ample sun terraces with 6 sunbeds and 3 large parasols. A table and chairs seating 6 people are provided and has a stone built barbecue for dining 'alfresco' or just to sit and enjoy the wonderful scenery. The garden is completed and consist of cacti, shrubs and fruit trees. if you wish, you can sample and enjoy the bananas and pomegranites.

Coast/Beach
Kas is 7km away with beach and beach clubs. 2 further beaches to visit are Kaputas with its sandy beach and beautiful turquoise sea, 20 mins drive away. Patara beach is 40 mins drive away and has the longest sandy beach in Europe featuring the Lycian ruins. These beaches can be reached by car or by the local bus from Kas called the 'Dolmus'

Travel
You have a choice of 2 international airports. Dalaman is 2.15 mins drive (150km from Kas) or Antalya 2.45 mins drive (205km from Kas) Both airports have ample car hire facilities & taxis. Car hire is essential.

Distances
The nearest village is Agullu 2km away with its local food shops and restaurants. There is a nearer restaurant just 1km along the road, the coastal town of Kas is only 7km away with its many shops, restaurants and supermarkets. There is a petrol station with a supermarket and restaurant with 24 hour services, 3km outside the village of Agullu.

Further details
Kas is popular with hikers who walk the 'Lycian Way' (a 509km footpath from Fethiye-Antalya). You can also go by boat to visit the beautiful beach of Limanagzi (15 mins ride) on the opposite side of Kas Bay. Other activities in Kas are: snorkelling, sea kayaking, canoeing, treking, mountain biking, paragliding and scuba-diving. The coastline of Kas is said to be the best area in the world for diving & snorkelling. In and around Kas there are many historical amphitheatres and tombs to visit. At Demre (35km) you can see the St Nicholas Basilica (where Father Christmas was born). You can also take a boat trip to visit the sunken village of Kekova from Kas. This area is also famous for its many Roman and Lycian ruins.
