This is a lovely comfortable villa located close to the town of Altura.

The interior of the property has been well decorated and looked after.

The kitchen is a good size and fully fitted and equipped.

The living room is also a good size with a wood burning fire and also air conditioning that supplies hot and cold. There are three sofa´s and you have access to the large terrace.
The dinning area which is accessable from the living room and the hall way has a table and six chairs and storage cupboards.

All three bedrooms are good sizes and have wardrobes.

One family bathroom and one separate shower room.

The villa has an established garden with many plants and trees which provide a nice shade in the summer.

The pool is 3 X 6 metres in size and has a sun bathing area with two sun loungers.

Extra Information: On arrival you will be met with the keys and shown around the apartment, there will be a basic welcome pack provided. A deposit of 25% will be required at time of booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Cancellations between 8 weeks and 4 weeks will be charged on a sliding scale. Cancellations within 4 weeks will forfeit all payments unless we can re-let the property. A security deposit will be required two weeks before your arrival of £400 which will be returned to your bank account within ten days of your departure assuming there are no damages A security deposit of 300 Euros or 200 GBP in cash, must be paid on your arrival. This will be returned to you on your departure assuming no breakages have been incurred. There will be a change of bedding and towels if you are staying more than one week.
