Luxury three bedroom detached villa in an excellent location.

With a large garden area with a private swimmng pool and patio areas at the front and rear of the property it is a lovely place to relax.

The living room is a good size offering comfy seating and access to the large balcony area with pleasant views.

The dining room is nicely set out with seating for six people but there are eigth chairs.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to a very high standard with a back door to the rear of the property where there will be a nice garden with many flowers and trees.

All three bedrooms are good sizes and have fitted wardrobes. The master room is en-suite and has a large balcony with lovely views.

The bathrooms are all fitted to a high standard.

The location of this villa is excellent as you can walk in to the the town of Tavira in a few minutes, where you can find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
To visit the beach you can take a small river boat across and you will be on the stunning Island of Tavira where you can relax and soak up the sunshine.

Tavira is about 20 minutes from Faro airport and there are many other lovely towns and villages close by to visit which are quite unique in their own way but worth a visit.

Extra Information: On arrival you will be met with the keys and shown around the villa, there will be a basic welcome pack provided. A deposit of 25% will be required at time of booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Cancellations between 8 weeks and 4 weeks will be charged on a sliding scale. Cancellations within 4 weeks will forfeit all payments unless we can re-let the property. A security deposit will be required two weeks before your arrival of £400 which will be returned to your bank account within ten days of your departure assuming there are no damages A security deposit of 300 Euros or 200 GBP in cash, must be paid on your arrival. This will be returned to you on your departure assuming no breakages have been incurred. There will be a change of bedding and towels if you are staying more than one week.
