Extra Information: We will meet you at the apartment with the key and show you in and around. There will be a basic welcome pack provided. A deposit of 25% will be required at time of booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Cancellations between 8 weeks and 4 weeks will be charged on a sliding scale. Cancellations within 4 weeks will forfeit all payments unless we can re-let the property. A security deposit will be required two weeks before your arrival of £400 which will be returned to your bank account within ten days of your departure assuming there are no damages A security deposit of 300 Euros or 200 GBP in cash, must be paid on your arrival. This will be returned to you on your departure assuming no breakages have been incurred. If you are staying more than 7 nights we will supply a change of bedding and towels.
