Sleeps 4 (2 Bedrooms); Both the bedrooms have twin beds and air- conditioning. One very large family bathroom.

The living room is a good size with very nice furniture and a dining table that seats four. TV, DVD player and music system. balcony. Air conditioning hot and cold.The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

The swimming pool is a good size with terrace area surrounding it. Some garden area with established trees. There is a communal roof terrace.

There are 4 top quality golf courses within a 15 minute drive. Castro Marim, Benamour, Quinta de Cima and Quinta de Ria. The sea front of Cabanas is approx 5 mins drive from the apartment. You can take a river boat across to the island. Cabanas de Tavira has alot to offer in the way of a lovely town with many shops, bars and restaurants, (most we have tested ourselves)!

Extra Information: A deposit of 25% will be required at time of booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Cancellations between 8 weeks and 4 weeks will be charged on a sliding scale. Cancellations within 4 weeks will forfeit all payments unless we can re-let the property. A security deposit will be required two weeks before your arrival of £400 which will be returned to your bank account within ten days of your departure assuming there are no damages On arrival you will be met with the keys and shown around the apartment, there will be a basic welcome pack provided. A security deposit of 300 Euros or 200 GBP in cash, must be paid on your arrival. This will be returned to you on your departure assuming no breakages have been incurred. There will be a change of bedding and towels if you are staying more than one week.
