This Villa is right on the lakeside in a lovely peaceful area just a few minutes from Bellagio. Set in its own grounds it is within easy walk of the nearby grocery store, bar, restaurants and pizzeria. This is the perfect property for those who like to relax on their holiday as there is really no need to leave the area you are in, but if you want to explore the lakeside road takes you to nearby towns of Nesso, Pognana and Faggetto to name a few or you can catch the public boat which takes you across the lake to some of the other beautiful towns and villages of Lake Como. This villa consists of Kitchen which is equipt with everything you would need, Dining/Living room which leads to the terrace with large dinner table for dining alfresco, three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, three bathrooms, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Three of the bedrooms have their own balcony and the fourth has amazing views from the window. Outside there is a private garden with sun loungers and BBQ area, there is also direct access to the stoney beach on Lake Como. Included in this property you also get Bellagio Sporting Club membership which is just few kilometres drive away where you can enjoy a swimming pool, bar, restaurant, tennis, football and beach volley.
