Lovely Villa to rent in Le Marche with fascinating natural panoramas

Casa di Campagna is a complex totally restored located in the heart of Le Marche. It is 700 m (a. s. l), near the village of Taccarelli, in the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains. The area is well connected to the principal roads of the region. It has grounds of more than 150 hectares with fascinating natural panoramas. There are many old hunting shelters along these paths, which have been restored maintaining their original fireplaces, offering guests the opportunity to sit under pergolas, or picnic at the tables provided, surrounded by magnificent trees. Many animals can be seen in the woods: deer, wild boar, squirrels, martens and foxes.

Casa di Campagna is made of 8 Apts and a Villa. All the apartments and the Villa offer maximum comfort together with privacy. Each has an independent entrance and its own garden, fenced off from the common areas with the traditional wood bar fencing in chestnut. All apartments are accessed by private roads, and have covered parking, outdoor seating and individual central heating. All structures are completely supplied with kitchen equipment, linen, towels (with weekly changes) and everything necessary for your stay. The environment is particularly suited to children, and baby sitting is available on request for an extra charge. The swimming pools (2 to share for the apartments and a private at the villa) are fully supplied with umbrellas, sun lounges and cushions. There are two laundries shared by the apartments, with a washing machine and ironing facilities. Guests can order dinner to be served on the premises for an extra charge.

Accommodation: (8 sleeps): This splendid villa has marvellous views of the Gran Sasso in the Sibillini Mountains. Access is by a private road. It has a private fenced garden with its own swimming pool (8 by 4m), outside furniture and a barbeque. The property has been sympathetically restored to provide a luxurious accommodation. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a utility room, wood store and laundry with washing machine. On the first floor there is a sitting room with a large fireplace, a dining room and fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two beds, and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor there is another bathroom with a shower, a landing area with a double beds and a large bedroom with a double bed. The style of decoration is characteristic of the area, with many interesting pieces of furniture, all combining to create a relaxing setting for a holiday surrounded by nature.
