This detached bungalow is just a 2 minute walk to Jomtien beach making it the perfect location for beach lovers, single groups and families, the kids will love it. The bungalow has just been renovated and has all the comforts of home with TV’s in all the bedrooms (all with en-suite) and a huge 50 inch home theatre surround sound TV in the lounge to watch the latest movies. This fantastic holiday home has a large open plan lounge, dining area and well equipped European kitchen. The bungalow has everything you need for your perfect holiday. Perfect for sunbathing with an outdoor shower to cool off under and is great for a quick wash before and after a nice refreshing swim whenever you want, without the restrictions of hotels limited swimming times. When you want some shade from the hot sun, relax on the covered patio terrace by the poolside. When the sun goes down, have a walk to the beach to photograph some amazing sunsets. The master bedroom has wardrobes, dressing table and it's own Plasma 32 " TV. An en-suite bathroom and has views of the swimming pool and gardens. The master bedroom's en suite with shower, basin & WC. Enjoy a cool drink in the patio before a refreshing swim in the private pool. European style hand built kitchen, with ample granite work tops and fully equipped with gas/electric hob, Microwave, Rice cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Crockery and pans are also provided. Enjoy your lunch with view of the swimming pool with seating for six people. There is a huge 50 inch home theatre surround sound TV in the lounge to watch the latest movies. The lounge leads onto the dining and kitchen area, and is just a few steps to the private pool. If you have an accident here the police will attend and you as a foreigner will almost certainly be at fault, not the Thai person! Any damage costs can add considerable expense to your holiday. Apart from that parking in Pattaya is extremely difficult as there are so many cars here, so finding a parking space is never easy and you usually end up walking a long way from the car to your destination anyway. Jomtien & Pattaya sightseeing. Pattaya Park Tower is the first and highest seaside tower with a revolving restaurant 240 meters high with breathtaking views of the Pattaya and Jomtien coastline. There is also a fantastic water park which is a great day out for everyone. Pattaya Park Tower is located between Pattaya & Jomtien. Your holiday may not be complete without a trip to Koh Larn. Only 40 minutes from Pattaya by boat, the island has beautiful white sand, and clear blue swimming water. A day trip here is a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the Pattaya town while still offering good facilities and activities. You can relax on the beach, or go swimming, snorkelling, water skiing, or even parasailing.
