This one year old luxury detached bungalow has all the comforts of home and more! It has a large open plan lounge, dining area and pool table area with absolutely everything you need for entertainment and relaxation for your perfect holiday. Relax during the day around the private pool and enjoy a sizzling BBQ. For your evening entertainment in your holiday home, enjoy the latest movies on the huge 50 inch TV. Or play pool on the full size 8’6” x 4’6” pool table while listening to music CD’s, cassette tapes or the local radio station on the stereo. If you want something a bit wilder, it’s just a 10 minute ride to the beach and the central nightlife by our private taxi service who will collect you within minutes.
Many houses in Pattaya have their swimming pool in the front or side of the house. Our bungalow has the pool in the rear of the property which gives you total privacy from people passing by. Secure covered car parking is at the front of the bungalow. The private tropical garden surrounding the pool is perfect for sunbathing and has an outdoor shower to cool off under and is great for a quick wash before and after a nice refreshing swim. When you want some shade from the hot sun, relax on the patio terrace at the front of the bungalow or on the patio terrace by the poolside. Enjoy a refreshing swim whenever you want, day or night, without the restrictions of hotels limited swimming times. The dining area and two of the bedrooms have views of the pool. The large master bedroom comes with a 6ft wide Queen Size bed, en-suite bathroom including a bath with shower, hand basin & WC. The second bathroom has a shower, hand basin & WC and view of the pool. The bath & showers have hot and cold water. The bedroom with the two single beds is great for teenagers who don’t want to share a double bed and also has a view of the pool. Multi speed fans are in all bedrooms, patio and living areas. A convenience store is just a few minutes walk from the Bungalow which stocks most of your day to day basic items including alcoholic beverages. Also, just minutes away is as a small Thai food restaurant. The bungalow is located in a new secure estate with CCTV and 24 hour security. There is also a 20x10 meter communal pool set in its own gardens with toilet and shower facilities and a well equipped communal gymnasium, both, just a short walk away. You can relax on the beach, or go swimming, snorkelling, water skiing, or even parasailing. There are also several decent restaurants serving a variety of cuisine. How to get there: Taxis are available from the airport. Alternatively we can organize a private taxi at a special price to meet you at the airport and bring you safely, without hassle, direct to your holiday home where you will be greeted by us with a traditional Thai welcome drink. We will show you around your holiday home and answer any questions you may have regarding the best places to visit depending on your interests.
