This lovely villa has three good sized bedrooms - two doubles, one with an en-suite bathroom and a twin room. Excellent new air-conditioning installed 2006. Located in a delightful area that can be used as a central base for sightseeing - within a mile of the entrance to the national park. The villa has a large garden, most of which is lawn. Barbecue built into the wall outside the kitchen which is quite sheltered. It is a very private property and can barely be seen from the road, but can be found easily. Well equipped for a family or couples who want to get away from it all. Easy access for golfers to four courses, all a short drive away. Local Amenities, bars, restaurants and local amenities all a short drive away. Two bars and one restaurant within walking distance. Beautiful local beaches close walk (400m). 2km from the town of Olhao with water-taxi to the surrounding islands. The villa has extensive gardens and a large plot of land behind [secluded behind large hedges] also belonging to the villa which has several fruit trees including lemons, figs, pomegranets, peaches, and plums.
