This is a very light and comfortable apartment in a great location just outside the resort town of Monte Gordo.

With a large shared swimming pool due to open in April 09, a bar & café it is a great base to explore the nearby towns. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, fridge, washing machine, iron & board, microwave and all the usual stencils and plates etc. A small balcony that you can sit out on and enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine. The living room is a good size and nicely furnished with two sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs, TV and DVD player and also has access to a small balcony - a very sunny room. Both bedrooms are again good sizes and both have fitted wardrobes - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Family bathroom with bath, basin, toilet & bidet. The outside area offers alot of parking and of course the large swimming pool with a childrens pool. The small shop has a variety of items that you may need during your stay and do not wish to walk into town and the bar is very pleasant with TV (mainly Portuguese but shows the football) and tables inside and outside in the sunshine right beside the swimming pool. Monte Gordo town centre is only a short walk away (maximum of 10 minutes) where you will find a fantastic array of bars, restaurants, shops and of course the stunning beach front which stretches as far as the eye can see. A casino with shows & dining of all types all year round. Many towns can be walked to along the beach or by car from the border town of Vila Real de Santo Antonio to the east where you can get a ferry across the river Guadiana to the Spanish town of Ayamonte for tapas! Go west and you will find Praia Verde, Manta Rota , Altura, Tavira and more - the East Algarve has something to offer everyone no matter what age or interest you may have... Prices start at 400.00 Euros a week up till 700.00 Euros a week in the summer months (A security deposit is required) - Please contact us for availability.

Extra Information: A deposit of 25% will be required at time of booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Cancellations between 8 weeks and 4 weeks will be charged on a sliding scale. Cancellations within 4 weeks will forfeit all payments unless we can re-let the property. A security deposit will be required two weeks before your arrival of £400 which will be returned to your bank account within ten days of your departure assuming there are no damages
